These terms govern access to and use of the Propreneur platform, websites, trial signup, workspaces, and related services provided by VERLOX LTD.

1. Scope of service

The platform provides property, client, deal, learning, communication, and operational tools. Features may change over time for security, compliance, performance, or product improvement.

2. User responsibilities

  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Keep account credentials secure and do not share access without authorisation.
  • Ensure data entered into the platform is accurate and lawfully obtained.
  • Obtain any client, investor, staff, tenant, or third-party consents required for processing.

3. Professional advice disclaimer

The platform and workspace content are not legal, tax, mortgage, investment, accounting, or regulated financial advice. Users should obtain independent specialist advice before making decisions.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Where paid services apply, fees are payable according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Failed or overdue payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or cancellation.

5. Third-party services
